Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team working on new construction homes. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and can complete installations efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes Install furnaces, air conditioners, coils, line sets, ventilation, exhaust systems, and ductwork Read blueprints, mechanical layouts, and follow installation specifications Measure, fabricate, and install duct systems Run refrigerant lines and assist with system startup/checkout Ensure all work meets local building codes and company quality standards Coordinate with builders, contractors, and other trades on job sites Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Troubleshoot and correct installation issues as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential new construction HVAC installation preferred Knowledge of HVAC tools, materials, and installation practices Ability to read plans and layout duct systems accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Good communication and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required EPA certification is a plus but not required depending on position 0-2
