We focus on quality installations, clean energy solutions, and excellent customer service. Job Summary We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with heat pump installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and residential HVAC work. This person must be reliable, professional with customers, and able to perform clean, high-quality work. Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot heat pump HVAC systems
• Remove or assist with replacement of old oil/gas heating systems
• Perform residential and small business HVAC installations
• Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions
• Read job scopes, follow installation plans, and complete work safely
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
• Follow company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism Requirements
• Proven HVAC field experience
• Heat pump installation experience preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift equipment and work in basements, attics, and outdoor conditions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must have strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
