Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues Perform tune-ups on furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units Install compressors, evaporators, and ductwork Complete preventative maintenance and system inspections Follow all safety standards and HVAC regulations Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions Maintain accurate service and repair records Qualifications 3-5+ years of HVAC experience preferred Experience with both residential and commercial systems Strong HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently from day one Preferred Candidates located near Virginia's Northern Neck region Technical school training or HVAC apprenticeship experience
