Job Description
Established General Contractor that specializes in Sitework, Heavy Highway, Structural Concrete, Marine & Bridge construction seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Foreman to lead earthwork and underground utility operations, including storm, sewer, and water main installation, on local area projects. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a minimum of 5 years of field experience who takes pride in building quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who has worked their way up through the trades and has a proven ability to lead crews and deliver successful projects. !Majority of work is prevailing wage work with hourly rates ranging between $45.00 to $60.00 / hr. ! !! Guaranteed 40 hrs plus PAID overtime for the right individual!! !!! Guaranteed Christmas Bonus for the right individuals!!! !!!! Hiring Bonus of $3,500.00 for the right individual after 1 year of continous empolyment !!!!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams Work closely with Project Managers and General Superintendents to maintain project schedules and productivity goals Plan and coordinate equipment, manpower, and material needs Complete daily and weekly job reporting Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Ensure work is completed to company standards and project specificationsWhat We're Looking For:
