Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty equipment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and mechanical knowledge to identify issues with diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and more. Fabricate parts or components as needed using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure proper fit and function. Service and repair vehicle systems including air brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, HVAC systems, tires, and electrical components. •

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRICAL & WIRING

•Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed; interpret schematics and technical manuals to execute precise repairs efficiently. Assist with assembly or disassembly of equipment during repairs or upgrades; perform heavy lifting safely when handling large parts or machinery components.

Pay:

$35.00 per hour
