Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of medium to heavy duty gasoline and diesel vehicles. Your expertise will keep our fleets and customers running smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics who thrive on hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on medium and heavy vehicles using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake repairs, tire service, wheel alignments, ect. Troubleshoot electrical systems including automotive diagnostics, wiring issues, sensors, and control modules across various vehicle types. Repair vehicle systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain detailed service records of all repairs performed; interpret schematics and technical diagrams for accurate troubleshooting. Assist with heavy lifting tasks and assembly or disassembly as required for maintenance or repairs. Skills Proven experience working with medium and heavy vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge in diesel engine repair, brake systems, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately; familiarity with automotive diagnostics. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude to deliver timely solutions. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely; comfortable working in various environments requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail. Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
