HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCK OPERATOR

Duties Operate heavy-duty tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to recover and transport large vehicles such as trucks, buses, and construction equipment Load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment like forklifts or specialized lifting devices Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and managing expectations professionally Maintain open communication with supervisors on vehicle conditions, and service details for record-keeping and reporting purposes Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively when dealing with distressed customers or challenging roadside scenarios Willing to work long hours and weekends Lives within 20 miles of location Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy-duty tow trucks with a strong understanding of flatbed and tow truck operations Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmissions preferred Familiarity with load & unload procedures using forklifts or other lifting equipment Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations professionally Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, reliability, and excellent customer care.
