You will utilize your technical expertise to perform complex diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and structural repairs, directly impacting our ability to deliver reliable service to our customers. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and fleet longevity. Diagnose and resolve complex issues within trailer electrical, braking, and suspension systems using advanced diagnostic software and multimeters. Perform structural repairs, including welding and fabrication, to maintain trailer integrity and safety standards. Maintain precise digital documentation of all service activities to ensure compliance and fleet visibility. Collaborate with shop team members to troubleshoot challenging mechanical failures and share technical knowledge. Uphold rigorous safety standards and shop protocols to foster a secure and productive work environment. Qualifications Required Skills Valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in heavy-duty trailer or equipment maintenance. Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as
JPRO, OEM
software, and digital multimeters. Demonstrated ability to solve mechanical problems independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Technical or vocational degree in diesel or trailer technology. Current ASE certifications or a strong desire to pursue professional certification.
