Compensation & Benefits $27-$52 per hour based on experience 100% Employee-Owned Company Employer-paid health insurance Dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays Uniforms provided Stable, year-round employment Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Supportive, values-driven culture What You'll Do Perform maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on agricultural and heavy equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems Complete accurate service work orders and documentation Use diagnostic tools, electronic parts catalogs, and technical resources Identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently and effectively Support collaboration with other technicians and departments Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Deliver high-quality workmanship and dependable service What We're Looking For Experience in agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment repair (preferred 3+ years) Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues independently Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Experience with Case IH or similar equipment is a plus Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance Ability to stand, bend, and work in shop and field environments for extended periods Comfortable working around machinery, fluids, and varying environmental conditions Safety-minded and compliant with workplace safety policies Must maintain insurable driving status Must pass pre-employment drug screening Why Work at West Plains Inc.?
