Heavy Equipment Mechanic / AG Mechanic

We're hiring a dependable Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our crew. If you can diagnose problems, turn wrenches, and keep equipment running, we want to talk to you. We work in the drainage and utility industry, so experience with heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics, and general repairs is a big plus. There is also potential for some on-the-road service and repair work at job sites as needed. What You'll Be Doing Routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment Diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems Repairing or replacing parts Troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems Welding and fabrication when needed Keeping equipment job-ready and running safely What We're Looking For Mechanic experience required Heavy equipment or diesel experience preferred Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently Own tools are a plus Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Ability to read service manuals and schematics What We Offer $25-$40/hr depending on experience Full-time steady work 100 % Employer PAID Health insurance premiums for employees Retirement plan options Paid time off Good team environment Opportunity for overtime If you're looking for a solid job with good pay and steady hours, apply today.
