Growth opportunities On-the-job training and everyday learning Working as a team Gendron & Gendron is currently looking to hire Heavy Equipment Operators for the 2026 construction season and beyond. Heavy Equipment Operators will be required to perform multiple tasks which include but are not limited to, the safe and effective operation of excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, graders, front-end loaders, articulated haul trucks and rollers. Equipment operators are also responsible for fueling/greasing and completing inspections on their respective pieces of equipment. Prior experience working around overhead/underground utilities and traffic (both on foot and vehicle) is a must. The Heavy Equipment Operator position is a full-time position which will require working in all different weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold etc.) This position is an hourly paid position which offers extremely competitive pay based on a 50-hour work week.
