Heavy Equipment Operator

About the Role Experienced equipment operator for excavation, grading, foundation prep, and site work on Warrior projects across Oahu. Steady year-round work. What You'll Do Operate excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and loaders safely and productively. Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and backfill work. Read grade stakes, site plans, and elevation markers. Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance. Coordinate with site superintendent, foremen, and other trades. Maintain safe job site practices and OSHA compliance. What You Bring 3+ years of equipment operation experience on commercial or residential sites. Proficient with excavators, skid steers, and loaders. Valid Hawaii driver's license (CDL a strong plus). OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain — we pay for it). Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and elevations. Physical ability to work outdoors in all conditions. Nice to Have CDL Class A or
