• 50/hour (DOE) Job Description Haskins Excavating LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team for the upcoming summer season.

This position involves operating equipment for road building, site preparation, and excavation projects throughout Western Montana. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, graders, and loaders Perform road building, grading, and site prep Read and follow grade plans and project specifications Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance Maintain a clean and safe job site Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on time Requirements Experience operating heavy equipment required Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred Qualifications Mechanical background or experience working on equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, accurate work What We're Looking For A meticulous operator who takes pride in their work Someone who takes care of equipment and treats it like their own Team-oriented and dependable Apply Call or text: (406) 382-0090 Or apply directly through
