Duties Develop comprehensive project schedules using software to ensure timely completion of all phases Oversee job site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to stay aligned with project budgets and timelines Conduct regular site inspections utilizing tools and heavy-duty equipment to monitor quality control and safety compliance Coordinate on project progress, resolving issues promptly to minimize delays Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations, conducting safety meetings and inspections regularly Skills Proven track record in project management with supervising experience on large-scale projects Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control techniques Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for accurate project execution Knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating processes Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations on construction sites Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and foster collaboration This role offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly influence the success of major projects.
