We focus on reliability, efficiency, and getting the job done right. Our team plays a direct role in keeping operations running in mining, construction, and industrial environments. What You'll Do Safe Transportation Operate heavy haul trucks to transport oversized loads safely Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Load Securement Properly load and secure heavy equipment Follow all load securement standards and best practices Route Planning Plan efficient routes based on road conditions and job requirements Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely delivery Vehicle Maintenance Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Report issues and assist with basic maintenance as needed Documentation Complete logs, trip reports, permits, and required paperwork Track mileage, fuel usage, and job details accurately Communication Stay in contact with dispatch, job sites, and customers Coordinate safe loading and unloading Problem Solving Handle unexpected issues and delays in the field Keep jobs moving with minimal disruption Customer Interaction Represent JP Tech professionally on job sites Work well with customers, crews, and site contacts Requirements Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Doubles/Triples endorsement required Experience hauling oversized or heavy equipment preferred Clean driving record Strong understanding of load securement Safety-first mindset Physical Requirements Ability to perform inspections and secure loads Comfortable with the physical demands of the job Work Style Strong communication skills Detail-oriented with documentation Able to adapt to changing schedules and job conditions Willing to work flexible hours, including extended days and weekends when needed Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Apply If you're an experienced heavy haul driver with the right endorsements and a strong safety record, apply now and be part of a team that keeps equipment and operations moving.
