Help Desk Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations and network performance.
- Provides answers to co-workers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through or performing corrective steps.
- Improves co-workers' efficiencies by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
