Helper / Laborer/ Paint Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This position is essential for supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in completing tasks related to metal fabrication, maintenance, or other projects. Assist with or fill-in painting (electric airless sprayer) Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed. Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas. Stock materials into shelves Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the day. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential for this role.
