The facility coordinates care between inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes. About the Facility Location Iowa offers diverse attractions including the Field of Dreams Movie Site, National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, and various theme parks such as Adventureland. The state features notable destinations like the Amana Colonies, Maquoketa Caves State Park, and major universities including Iowa State University and University of Iowa. Visitors can experience farm visits, art museums, and the well-regarded state fair, along with shopping destinations like Jordan Creek Town Center. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care working a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule with call responsibilities. Clinical duties include managing 10-30 patients daily during clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM across 5 clinic days per week with 6 patient contact hours daily. The position requires night call coverage Monday through Friday after clinic hours and 24-hour weekend call coverage during assigned weeks. Inpatient coverage will be provided at the West Des Moines location without outpatient components.
