Job Summary:

As a Team Member at H&H Bagels, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a delightful experience. This role involves a variety of tasks, from preparing and serving our famous bagels and sandwiches, to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. If you are a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for food and customer service, we would love to have you as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and high level of customer service. Prepare bagels, spreads, salads, sandwiches and other food items according to H&H Bagels' standards of quality and recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the dining area, kitchen, back of house, and storage spaces. Restock supplies and ingredients, ensuring availability and freshness. Follow health and food safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous food preparation and grill cooking experience Previous experience working in a fast-paced quick service restaurant, deli or bagel store is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for food and a desire to learn about the bagel-making process. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
