UILS is an In-home caretaking company for the senior community and the disabled. Care will include assistance with activities of daily living, bathing assistance, incontinence care, companionship, respite care and comfort measures. You must have a criminal background check, two step TB test and child abuse clearance to be a qualified employee. A CNA is not required but If you do not have a CNA you will have to complete a competency training and exam. Starting wage is $12/hour but compensation is available up to $15/hour if experience is plentiful. You must have a high school diploma or GED.
