The High School Assistant Coach represents the school and its athletic program in all aspects of team leadership and development. This position is responsible for planning and implementing effective practice sessions, mentoring and supporting student-athletes, and assisting with game-day preparation and management. Through strong leadership and collaboration, the coach promotes both athletic excellence and the overall development of student-athletes.
