High School Co-Op - Maintenance

Hours:

20 hours per week (Weekday mornings 7am-11am or afternoons 11am-3pm, 4 hours per shift)

Duration:

August through end of school year

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning, lubricating equipment, checking filters) Help keep maintenance shop and work areas organized and clean Assist with painting, light carpentry, or small facility improvement projects Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Help document completed work or update maintenance logs Participate in safety meetings and training sessions Learn and follow company policies and proper tool usage

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in high school with a strong interest in manufacturing or logistics. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
