Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. What We're Looking For:
Current Pennsylvania SLP license; ASHA CCCs or clinical fellows welcome Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with grades 6-12 preferred Previous service in Pennsylvania schools is an asset Willingness to perform both direct therapy and comprehensive assessments Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of IEP development and participation in the IEP process
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, documenting progress Participate actively in the IEP process with staff and families Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Contribute to a positive learning environment for students requiring speech and language support Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication with educational staff
