Education/Certification Master's degree in administration from an accredited college or university Valid Iowa Administrative/Evaluator License Clear a criminal, child and adult abuse background checks Prior experience as an administrator preferred Executive Summary The High School Principal at Carlisle Community School District is a leadership role focused on driving high student achievement through a culture of excellence and accountability. Reporting to the Superintendent, the Principal is responsible for setting high performance goals, creating a sense of urgency for school success, and cultivating a positive, collaborative environment for both staff and students. Key requirements include a Master's degree in administration, a valid Iowa Administrative License, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, analyze data for strategic planning, and maintain a safe, orderly, and celebratory school climate.
