This position is ideal for a coach committed to player development, who thrives in a competitive training environment, and wants to play an active role in building a strong club culture. We are looking for interested candidates who also have experience or interest in social media, marketing, or digital promotion, as this supports the growth and visibility of our programs. Full Job Description Become Elite Soccer is dedicated to creating a positive, high-standard environment for players and families. We are currently hiring a Higher Level Soccer Coach to work with competitive players and contribute to the continued growth of our club. This role may include team coaching, camp and clinic support, program leadership, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a team player, and someone excited to grow within the organization over time. Responsibilities Coach and develop higher level soccer players in a competitive environment Plan and lead training sessions that support technical, tactical, physical, and mental development Manage and support team needs during training sessions, games, and club programs Assist with camps, clinics, and supplemental training opportunities Communicate professionally with players, families, and club leadership Represent the club positively within the local soccer community Support club growth through outreach, networking, and relationship building Assist with social media, content creation, and club promotion when applicable Help maintain a positive, professional, and development-focused club culture Qualifications Playing experience required Coaching experience preferred, especially with competitive players Coaching license preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to work with a range of ages and ability levels as needed Social media, marketing, or content creation experience required Full-year availability preferred for leadership and full-time opportunities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required US Work Permit required Pay and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the club Healthcare and dental benefits available for eligible full-time roles Schedule Weekday late mornings into early evenings Weekends as needed Seasonal and year-round opportunities available depending on role Work Location In person
