Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming inquiries promptly and accurately Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software with precision Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously Conduct proofreading of documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution Handle clerical responsibilities such as copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Support personal assistant tasks like travel arrangements or special project coordination when required Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members Experience with office management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a significant advantage Exceptional typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and document proofreading Outstanding customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Familiarity with filing systems—both digital and physical—and data entry procedures Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Personal assistant experience or previous administrative roles that demonstrate reliability and initiative Join us today if you're ready to bring your organizational talents to a lively team where your contributions truly matter!Pay:
