Pay :

$24 to $26 per hour New Hire Completion Bonus payout structure: $500 after successful completion of 90 day $1,000 after successful completion of 180 days Key Responsibilities Perform testing and maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions Support engineers and scientists in R D and production environments Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities Assist in setup and qualification of new semiconductor equipment Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, robotics, or related field 2-4 years of relevant experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals Excellent communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Adherence to safety protocols and flexibility with shifts What You Bring Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and accept feedback Benefits Medical, dental, vision 401(k), life & disability insurance Weekly e-payroll, direct deposit On-site cafeteria
