Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Health Information Technology (HIT) Analyst with strong experience in eClinicalWorks (ECW). This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing our EHR system, ensuring accurate reporting for UDS and other regulatory requirements, and partnering with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and outcomes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for ECW users across clinics Develop, maintain, and optimize ECW templates, workflows, and system configurations Generate and analyze reports for UDS, PCMH, and other quality initiatives Utilize tools such as ECW and Bridge IT to produce timely and accurate reports (monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc) Monitor quality metrics and regulatory milestones Collaborate with clinical, dental, behavioral health, and administrative teams to assess workflows and implement system improvements Work with IT and external partners to support interfaces (labs, HIEs, pharmacies) Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HRSA, and other regulatory standards Provide high-quality customer service with timely follow-up and resolution of issues Assist with general IT support (devices, networks, telephony) as needed in a multi-site environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in healthcare IT preferred Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably an FQHC or ambulatory care environment Strong understanding of UDS, PCMH, and regulatory reporting requirements Proficiency in reporting and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills BMRHC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
