Hoist Technician

Hoist Technician 9033 Shelbyville Pike, Bell Buckle, TN 37020 Full-time Full-time We're looking for a detail-oriented technician to join our shop team maintaining and certifying electric chain hoists. We work primarily with Liftket, but if you've turned wrenches on a CM, EXE, Movecat, or anything else that lifts a truss, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on, in-shop role with room to grow in a pretty specialized corner of the industry. What You'll Do Service, repair, and certify electric chain hoists (brake adjustments, bearing replacements, AC motor diagnostics) Inspect rigging hardware, assess chain wear, and document certifications Keep hoists and road cases cleaned and maintained to touring spec Track parts inventory and job progress accurately Pitch in on warehouse ops during busy load-in and return seasons What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with electric chain hoists — Liftket, CM, EXE, or similar Working knowledge of DC brake systems and chain hoist internals Basic electrical comfort; 3-phase experience is a plus (we'll train the right person) Mechanically confident with hand and power tools Able to lift 50+ lbs, stay on your feet, and climb a ladder when needed Live event or touring background is a definite plus — but not required This Role Is a Great Fit If You're...
