Position Overview:

Health & Happiness Homecare is seeking dedicated and empathetic Home Health Aides/Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need, enabling them to maintain independence and dignity within their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living spaces. Foster companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation, activities, and companionship. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards of care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
