Home Care Aide

Overview Provide personalized in-home assistance with daily tasks such as professional companionship, housekeeping, and non-medical personal care services. You offer emotional support, monitor the client's health and well-being, and may assist with mobility and transportation. The role requires compassion, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the comfort, safety, and independence of clients within their own homes. •A Home Care Aide (HCA) certification is required. Duties Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, medication reminders, and transporting to doctor's appointments. Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client's medical and emotional condition. Ensure highest client safety and well-being. Activity of daily living assistance. Requirements No experience necessary to apply. We can assist all qualified candidates with licensing requirements. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check for licensing. Home Care Aides are licensed caregivers in the State of California. If you are currently working, or have recently worked as a HCA or in Assisted Living, you can easily obtain your license. Driver's License (Preferred).
