Encinitas, CA $23.00-$25.00/hour Schedule 4-hour shifts, Friday-Monday About the Role Seacrest At Home is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Home Care Coordinator to support scheduling, payroll, and caregiver operations across North County Coastal to the San Diego Del Cerro area. Review and approve 400+ weekly shifts, ensuring accurate task codes and non-billable time tracking. Assist with payroll preparation and support earlier payroll submissions. Help fill open shifts and manage last-minute call-outs. Confirm schedules and reduce coverage gaps. Manage biweekly LTC submissions for 15-20 clients via eFax. Ensure LTC documentation is complete and submitted on time. Provide weekend in-office caregiver support and address urgent concerns.
