About us Madelyn Wagner is the Common Law Employer (CLE) and family caregiver for the CHC program participant needing caregiving. Memory care, assistance feeding, taking walks, and bathing. State supplements the pay, but Direct Care Worker works for the CLE. Caregiving within the patients' home. Direct Care Worker must be able to lift 40 lbs. This job is to work as backup (covering call offs, appointments, and vacations) for primary caregivers, 7:30am-12:30pm and 12:30-5pm, M-F, which may transition to a scheduled shift. CLE works from home, and can train someone new to memory care. Experience caring for kids or teaching is helpful, but not required. Must be able to pass background check and have transportation to worksite. Access to internet and parking provided.

$23.33 per hour Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week Application Question(s): Can you tolerate being around a cat (related to allergies)? Can you be paid via W2? Meaning the government is informed of your income for tax purposes. Will you need an outdoor area for smoking during your shift? Can you lift 40 lbs? Can you be on call for 7:30am-12:30pm shifts AND 12:30-5pm shifts? If not, what shifts are you available?

Experience:
