We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in caring for homes and helping families enjoy a cleaner, healthier space. Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, home health aide work, hospitality, or cleaning services is a big plus, but not required!

• SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

  No nights, weekends, or holidays Consistent daytime hours from 7:45am - 4:30pm Flexible part-time to full-time hours (20-35 per week) You'll provide professional housekeeping services by following Molly Maid's proven cleaning processes to help families enjoy their homes.

• What You'll Do Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home Earn tips for providing excellent service
• Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role) Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

• Job Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching) Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Ability to communicate with customers High School Diploma or GED Clear background check Valid drivers license and clear driving record
