We'll train the right person — we care about who you are, not what's on your résumé. Shack Shine is a home detailing company serving residential customers across the western suburbs. We wash windows, clean gutters, pressure wash, and install custom Christmas lights. Most of our customers come back year after year — and tell their neighbors — because of how we treat them. That's the business. What Your Day Looks Like Show up at 7:15 AM. Load the truck with your crew. Hit 3-5 homes. Some days you're on a ladder washing windows, other days you're on a roof cleaning gutters or running a pressure washer. Every job starts and ends with a real conversation with the homeowner — walking the property, listening, showing them what you did. The work in between is honest physical work outdoors. No two days are identical. What You'll Earn Base starts at $20/hr. With weekly bonuses, commissions, and tips, technicians typically earn $1,000+/week during our busy months. Hours are heaviest spring through fall (40-50 hour weeks). February, part of March, and August are slower (20-30 hour weeks). This is year-round work. Full-time employees earn over $60K annually with bonus and tips.
