Concierge Home Care is hiring several Home Health Account Executives for the Escambia County territories . This role is ideal for results-driven sales professionals with an existing book of business who thrive on building relationships and driving census growth.

Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary:

$75,000

• What You'll Do Build and maintain strong referral relationships Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services Act as an advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources Qualifications Active book of business within the territory (REQUIRED) Healthcare sales experience (home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison) preferred Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.
