Home Health Aide

With this position you will be working young individuals with developmental disabilities Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Perform patient observation to detect changes in condition or behavior and communicate findings promptly to healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a safe and comforting environment Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living space Document all care activities accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for seamless medical records management Support clients with specialized needs including individuals who have developmental disabilities or other disabilities Skills Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, e.g. Autism, ADHD, and cerebral palsy, is highly desirable Ability to perform CPR and handle emergency situations confidently and calmly Excellent patient observation skills to monitor health status and recognize potential issues early Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills who can work independently or as part of a team Join us in delivering exceptional home health care that truly makes a difference!
