Location:

Cottonwood Heights / Salt Lake Area We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated staff to provide one-on-one support for adults receiving services in the Salt Lake area. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living needs, community involvement, transportation, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable working independently in a home and community-based setting. Job Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene care, toileting, changing, and personal care needs Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with errands, appointments, and community outings Help maintain a clean and organized living environment Support participation in hobbies, recreational activities, and social engagement Provide overnight supervision and support as needed Complete daily documentation and communication logs accurately Transport individuals Schedule Full-time position averaging approximately 36-40 hours per week. Shifts may include daytime & evening. Additional shifts may become available over time. Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable assisting with hygiene care and personal support needs Ability to remain attentive, calm, and supportive during all shifts Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a home setting Reliable, patient, and respectful Previous caregiving, CNA, DSP, or behavioral health experience preferred, but not required Additional Information Some flexibility in scheduling may be required Paid training may be available depending on experience
