This rewarding position involves providing compassionate assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional support in clients' homes or care facilities. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to track health status accurately Providing reminders for prescribed medications Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments through tailored memory and dementia care techniques Support patients during hospice or end-of-life care by offering comfort measures and emotional support in accordance with care plans Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment Experience Prior experience in home care, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes Demonstrated ability to work effectively with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring long-term care support Previous experience working with and handling conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice care.
