Home Health Aide

We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a male incomplete quadriplegic patient in a respectful and supportive home environment in Troy. This position is ideal for a caregiver who values consistency, patient-centered care, and making a meaningful difference in someone's daily life. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with quadriplegic patients and be confident using a Hoyer lift for safe daily transfers and repositioning.

Schedule:

PRN Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:30

PM Responsibilities:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Performing Hoyer lift transfers and repositioning safely Monitoring skin integrity and overall patient comfort Providing companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition Collaborating closely with the family and care team to ensure quality care

Qualifications:
