Home Environment & Infection Control - Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space. Medication & Symptom Monitoring - Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse. Therapeutic Engagement - Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness. Accurate Documentation - Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends. What You'll Need to Succeed Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate). Valid driver's license and or reliable transportation to reach clients' homes.
