Responsibilities:

Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting Maintain a clean and safe environment Provide emotional/behavioral support Follows plan of care Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager

Available HHA Shifts:

Morning, evening or overnight 8's, 10's, or 12's (full shift work) PRN, Part-Time, or Full-time Locations served: Tannersville, PA Mt.
