Home Health Aide Part Time We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Manhattan in Nassau, New York. As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Provide personal care to clients as needed Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:
