Requirements/New Hire:

• NJ Homemaker License (Valid through 2027)
• Green Card or Passport
• Social Security Card
• NJ ID/Driver's License
• Proof of PPD or TB screening .

Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, recognizing symptoms of illness or distress, and reporting changes promptly Support medication administration following proper protocols and documentation standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or confusion, especially for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when required Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment for clients Work effectively within home & community care settings, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and client preferences Experience Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Knowledge of procedures related to patient care, including vital signs monitoring and medication reminder Ability to handle physically demanding tasks safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts or mobility aids Join us in delivering compassionate home health services that empower individuals to live comfortably and independently.
