Home Care Aide Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Home Care Aide / Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home support to clients in their daily lives. The ideal candidate is caring, attentive, and committed to helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in a safe home environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties Provide medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors and family members Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

Qualifications:

HCA, CNA, or Enrolled in an HCA or CNA program (required) Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to pass background check and any required screenings (required) CPR/First Aid certification (required)

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
