Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

It is our goal to provide our clinicians with the time needed to provide optimal care to all patients. Our elite team is seeking a compassionate and dedicated candidate to deliver heartfelt nursing care on behalf of our agency. This candidate will be providing skilled nursing visits to a diverse population primarily in the eastern Pasco County area. LPN will be performing clinical skills, including but not limited to: wound care, wound vac application, IV administrations, medication management, injections, specimen collection including blood draws, colostomy and indwelling urinary catheter care, and disease management, etc. This candidate must be comfortable using an electronic medical record. Experience with Axxess software is a plus.
