Orientation:

New to home health or fresh out of school? No problem! We provide comprehensive training that covers home health rules, regulations, and documentation, so you feel comfortable and compliant seeing your first patient with us.

Physical Therapist Responsible for the evaluation, treatment, reassessment, and discharge of all referrals they accept. Promptly respond to referrals Write the plan of care for PTA to follow. Conference with PTA for patient care. Communicate with the home health agency to report status at evaluation, reassessment, discharge, and if any irregularities arise. Schedule their visits. Complete their invoice. Complete all documentation within 36 hours of visit

Pay:

$65.00 - $110.00 per hour
