Pay:

$53.00 - $55.92 per hour based on experience

Type:

Three-month contract

Schedule:

40 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday - Friday)

On Call Requirements:

1 week per month, 1 weekend per month

Coverage Areas:

Polk county

Primary Responsibilities:

• Head to toe assessments
• Wound care including wound vacs
• IV therapy, enteral tube feedings, urinary drainage device management
• Coordination of care, disease management, medication reconciliation, case management
• Agency discharges

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Experience in homecare
• OASIS experience
