Avian Home Health Agency is a 5 Star Medicare Certified Home Health Care agency is looking for an experienced Registered Nurses, LPN's and Pediatric Nurses (RN & LPN) and to fill the following positions: Registered Nurses, LPN's and Pediatric Nurses (RN & LPN) in all areas of Cape Coral FL Avian Home Health Agency, has positions available for full time and per diem RNs and LPNs. One-year home health experience required, RNs must have OASIS assessment experience, trilingual (Spanish, Russian, Creole is a plus. All clinical staff must have effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving techniques. Demonstrates effective knowledge and application of the federal and state regulatory bodies governing home health care . Familiarity with database management software programs. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Successful ability to negotiate conflict. Effective organizational skills with the attention to accuracy, follow -up. Wound Vac, IV, TPN, Insulin, Psych experience (experience preferred). Must have a computer and ability to use the internet.

Education:

Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

RN, LPN MUST

have an active clear license in the State of Florida..

Pediatric Nursing :

We are currently hiring dedicated Pediatric RN's and LPN's for day and night shifts through out the Palm Beach County for both pediatric & young adult patients. Pediatric Nurses must be able to effectively demonstrate/perform: G-Tube, Trach and Vent care (must have experience).

Home Health:

1 year (Preferred)

Pediatrics:

1 year (Preferred)

Gastrostomy Tube:

1 year (Preferred)

Tracheostomy:

1 year (Preferred)

Ventilator:

1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

BLS Certification (Preferred) Florida State nursing license (Preferred) At time of interview, all applicants must bring the following credentials: Drivers license Social Security card/Passport/ US Authorized Employment card CPR card CEU's (domestic violence, HIV, OSHA, Infection control, Alzheimer's, etc.) Professional Nursing License (active). Tuberculosis test (TB) or a Chest X-Ray (must be within 1 year) Only experienced and serious applicants will be considered
