Qualifications:

OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience Electronic Charting experience Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify) Current Illinois RN License American Heart Association BLS Valid U.S.

Driver's License Home Health RN Contract Details:

$1,860

• $2,046 per week
